ENP Warranty Information:
Our standard warranty on most work is 1 year ENP supplied parts and labor. Other warranty information is as follows:
- Toilet and faucet repairs: 30-180 days depending on age and condition of fixture.
- Water heaters: one year ENP installation labor warranty on external connections only, manufacturer's warranty only on tank and components.
- stoppages
- compression faucets repairs
- reinstallation of used parts
- installation of customer supplied parts
- existing parts and system conditions
- water system work when house incoming water pressure is above 80psi*
We do not provide a warranty on the following work:
*If we are working on a water system with incoming water pressure above 80psi, the customer can request an estimate for a pressure reduction valve setup. If they agree to the estimate onsite, schedule the install and make a 10 percent deposit, we will warranty the water system work done that day.
