ENP Sanitary Protocol
Erik Nelson Plumbing LLC has a sanitary protocol in place for our field technicians and customers. We monitor CDC guidelines and adjust our practices accordingly to provide a clean and safe service experience for you. To this effect the following practices have been put into place:
- Masks, gloves and PPE (personal protective equipment) worn throughout job
- We wipe down surfaces with alcohol wipes
- Tools wiped down with alcohol wipes
- Face shields worn when cutting drain, waste and vent piping
- Technician protocol for exiting and entering their homes at the beginning and end of each day
- We follow social distancing guidelines set by CDC and refrain from shaking hands, sharing pens, or asking customers to sign our phone screens if paying by credit card
- As much as possible we schedule the same two technicians together each day and try to schedule them in the neighborhoods where they live
- Weekly PPE inventory taken to ensure adequate PPE stockpile
We are also asking that our customers cooperate with us in this and, respectfully, ask the following:
- When calling to schedule service please let us know if anyone in your home shows signs of illness
- Please remove objects from projected workspace and, if appropriate, clean the workspace
- Please contact us if someone in your household becomes ill after we have left your property
